Our retreats are an extension of the experience we create inside the clinic — a space where women feel safe, supported and nurtured.
Each retreat day brings together carefully curated wellness experiences designed to support your mind and body, while also creating space for connection, reflection and restoration.
Throughout the day you will be guided through a selection of practices and experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect and leave feeling lighter and more balanced.
These retreats are intentionally intimate, allowing every woman to feel welcomed, supported and seen.
What To Expect
While each retreat is unique, the day typically includes a beautiful blend of experiences designed to support both body and mind.
Your retreat day may include:
- Guided yoga or gentle movement
- Breathwork and wellness practices
- Guided reflection or mindset experiences
- Meaningful connection with like-minded women
- Time to pause, rest and simply be present
Throughout the day you will also enjoy beautiful chef-prepared catering, including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
