Booking your Appointment

Welcome to Breathe Skin Body Mind, we’re looking forward to pampering you!

To book an appointment click on the ‘book now’ button at the top of the page and follow the prompts. For all online bookings, a deposit of 20% of the treatment fee is required at the time of booking and is held as credit for your booked appointment. No Shows and Cancellations with less than 24 hours-notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours or more notice, you can choose to be refunded, or use
the deposit as credit for your next appointment.

In the event Breathe Skin Body Mind has to cancel your appointment due to staff illness or other
unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded

 

 

Appointment Reminders

When you book an appointment with Breathe Skin Body Mind, you will receive a text message and email reminder two (2) days before your scheduled appointment. This will ensure you don’t forget your appointment and have sufficient time to reschedule or cancel if necessary.

We offer this service for your convenience and appreciate your prompt reply to our text messages to confirm your appointment.

 

Online Booking Deposit

If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours or more notice, you can choose to be refunded, or use as credit for your next appointment.

 

In the event Breathe Skin Body Mind has to cancel your appointment due to staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full.

 

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Breathe Skin Body Mind is a professional business, which relies on an efficient booking system. We always do our best to accommodate our clients’ schedules, but unfortunately last-minute Cancellations and No Shows make this difficult.

We understand circumstances sometimes arise that prevent you from attending your appointment, but please be courteous to us and our other clients by cancelling or rescheduling as per our policy.

You must call or text at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or request to reschedule. You may leave a voicemail to cancel or send a text message to our business mobile phone number.

If you don’t show up for your appointment (No Show) or cancel/request a reschedule with less than 24 hours-notice, we will email you an invoice for the full cost of the treatment/s you had booked.

Last minute cancellations will be considered as “No Shows”.

In the case of two (2) No Shows you will be asked to pre-pay a 25% booking fee when you make your next appointment. If you cancel/reschedule your next appointment with less than 24 hours-notice, or are a No Show, you will lose your deposit.

Upon Arrival

When you arrive at Breathe Skin Body Mind, please park in one of the allocated parking spaces and
wait in your car until we welcome you in. This ensures complete privacy for every client and avoids us having too many people in our reception area.

As all our appointments are time based, please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.

Arriving late for your appointment may mean your therapist is unable to perform the full treatment
you were booked in for.

Breathe Skin Body Mind prides itself on creating a relaxing and private environment. We ask you not
to bring any children into the salon when you come for your appointment unless they have an
appointment for a treatment with us.

 

 

How can I pay for my services?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Afterpay is also available. Cash is also accepted.
Payment is required on the completion of your appointment.

 

 

Can I bring my children to my Appointment?

We are not able to accommodate babies, toddlers or young children in the salon. As parents
ourselves, we have the utmost respect for our clients with children.

We work in an environment that has sharps, chemicals and hot wax. Unfortunately, children in the salon during their parents’ appointments pose an occupational health and safety issue to themselves and our staff.

 

 

Gift Vouchers & Packages

All Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers.

Gift vouchers cannot be used on Cosmetic Injections

 

 

Mobile Phones

Please turn your mobile phone to silent while in the salon.

 

 

 

Courtesy & Responsibility

Running late to your appointment puts stress on our therapist’s schedule. Please notify us as soon
as possible to see if we can accommodate you.

If your appointment has to be rescheduled because we are unable to fit you in, this is recognised as
a no show. If your therapist can see you, but has to reduce treatment to prevent interrupting
other client appointments, the charge of your original booked treatments/s will still apply.

Please make sure we have your correct contact details when booking and provide more than one
contact number if your regular contact is often unattended.

If a client acts in any way that is abusive towards employees, we have the right to deny service and
ask the client to leavethe premises.

 

 

 

What if I have a Medical Condition?

It is important you advise us of any medical conditions, illnesses or skin conditions you may have, no
matter how minor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, some of our treatments may not be safe.
Ensure you communicate with your therapists any prescription medication, vitamins or supplements
you are taking.

 

 

What treatments can I have whilst Pregnant & Breastfeeding?

Please let your therapist know if you are pregnant or currently breastfeeding as some treatments
may not be suitable for you. We have a range of skin and body treatments available for our pregnant
and breastfeeding clients

 

 

How often should I have a facial?

Your skin cells turnover every about 27 days, so in general a facial once a month is recommended to
keep your skin in great shape. However, it really does depend on your skin and the type of treatment
you are having. We believe in personalised care for every client, so your therapist will discuss this
with you at your appointment.

 

 

Shipping & Returns Online Store

We ship Australia wide

You will receive your order anywhere from 1-14 business days from the date that it is shipped out.

After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order.

This doesn’t include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

Returns Policy
We do not provide refunds unless an item is faulty.
Subject to the below conditions, if you are not happy with an item you have received, we will issue you with a refund if you return the item to us in the manner set out below.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges
We cannot provide exchanges at this time.
